At Four Rivers Skincare LLC, we take special care in shipping our natural skincare products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition, ready to nourish your skin.

Processing your order
Order processing time: We carefully prepare and package each order within 1-3 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days typically ship the following day. But please keep in mind we are a small business and hand pack every order so there may be some delay.
What happens after you order:
- You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately
- We'll send a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order leaves our facility
- You can track your package using the provided tracking number
Shipping options and timing
Standard shipping (5-7 business days):
Free on orders over $75. For orders under $75, shipping is $8.99. For orders under $50, shipping is $6.99.
Special care for your natural products:
Our beef tallow-based products are temperature-sensitive and crafted with natural ingredients. During extreme weather (summer heat waves or winter freezes), we may delay shipments or use insulated packaging to ensure your products arrive in optimal condition.
Where we ship
United States: We currently ship to all 50 states.
P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. Boxes using USPS. Please contact us if this is the case.
International shipping: We're working on international shipping options and hope to expand globally soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Shipping restrictions
For the safety and quality of our products, we cannot ship to:
- Military APO/FPO addresses (working on solutions)
- Areas experiencing extreme weather conditions that could damage natural formulations
Your satisfaction is our priority
We stand behind every product we create. If you're not completely satisfied with your Four Rivers Skincare LLC purchase, we're here to make it right.
Return timeframe
You have 30 days from your order's ship date to return any product, whether opened or unopened. We believe you should have plenty of time to truly experience our products and see how they work with your skin.
What you can return
Products in any condition:
- Unopened products in original packaging
- Opened products you've tried (because we want you to love what you use)
- Products damaged during shipping
Exceptions:
- Products showing signs of misuse or contamination
- Products returned after 30 days (contact us – we may still help)
- Products that have been heavily used
How to return products
Step 1: Contact our customer care team at returns@fourriversskincare.com or fill out our return form to start the return.
Step 2: We'll email you a prepaid return label.
Step 3: Package your items securely (original packaging preferred but not required) and attach the return label.
Step 4: Drop off at any UPS location or schedule a pickup.
Refunds and exchanges
Refund processing:
Once we receive your returned items, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Exchange option:
Prefer to exchange for a different product? Let us know when you initiate your return, and we'll help you find something perfect for your skin.
Return shipping:
We provide prepaid return labels for all returns within the United States. You'll never pay to return a Four Rivers Skincare LLC product.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, we'll make it right immediately:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery (please include some images)
- We'll arrange for return shipping at no cost to you
- We'll send a replacement product right away or provide a full refund
- You keep the damaged item (it's not safe to use) or dispose of incorrect items as you see fit
